Lasting lubrication/protection
Want to protect/lubricate noble metals, plastics or elastomers? Fenslube® is specially developed for these materials and offer good compatibility. Examples of materials are gold, silver and Polyethylene, Polystyrene, Polyamide whether fiberglass reinforced or not.
Fenslube® is a fully fluorinated solution, suitable for contact protection and sound attenuation in the electronic and automotive industries. Available in oil or grease form, various lubricant film thicknesses, different temperature ranges and with UV tracer. Depending on the type of Fenslube®, the solution is transparent or milky in color.
Fenslube® is known for its extremely long service life. The solutions provide sustainable lubrication and protection by means of a thin lubricating film. This makes the solutions very suitable for contact protection in electronic contacts, for example, as this application requires lifetime protection. Furthermore, Fenslube® reduces friction and prevents wear on components and offers excellent noise reduction capabilities. This makes the solutions suitable for lubricating parts in the car interior for noise reduction.
In addition, Fenslube® is characterized by its excellent thermal stability and wide temperature range. Temperatures from -40°C to +280°C and peaks of 300°C are no problem, Fenslube® still retains excellent performance.
Good compatibility with various materials

Safe to use
Working with Fenslube® is safe. Fenslube® has no flash point and is therefore nonflammable. The absence of hydrogen in the raw material ensures that Fenslube® is not flammable. Fenslube® can also be used safely in electrical applications. This is because Fenslube® has excellent dielectric properties which prevent short circuits. This makes the solutions very suitable for electrical applications.
Furthermore, Fenslube® is chemically inert and nontoxic, use in aggressive chemical environments is therefore no problem.
