Non-water-miscible cooling lubricants
Discover Berucut, BECHEM XC fluids and Beruform: our non-water-miscible cooling lubricants for high pressure applications such as turning, milling, sawing, drilling, broaching and shaping. Based on synthetic or mineral oil.
Key advantages non-water-miscible cooling lubricants:
Berucut and BECHEM XC fluids are specifically designed for applications subject to high pressure. Thanks to high-performance anti-wear and extreme pressure additives, the cooling lubricants deliver unique performance under difficult conditions.
- No foam formation
- Better lubrication
- Low evaporation loss
- Up to 3 times faster air separation characteristics (XC fluids)
- Very high flash point
- Chlorine free
- Causes no skin irritation

What makes our non-water-miscible cooling lubricants so unique?
Do you deal with high pressure applications and is lubrication very important? Then get to know the Berucut, BECHEM XC fluids and Beruform product series. Wondering which product series you need for your application? You can read more about it here!
BECHEM XC fluids for grinding, honing and milling etc.
BECHEM XC fluids (Berucut XC) are specially developed for cutting, turning, drilling, thread milling and honing. Berucut XC is based on synthetic base fluids and free of mineral oil. As a result, you benefit from high process performance, improved occupational safety and reduced product consumption. We explain why here:
Better working conditions and minimized costs thanks to low evaporation loss
Cut costs on extraction systems! By using Berucut XC, the evaporation loss can be reduced by more than a quarter, compared to conventional mineral oil. Unpleasant odors are also significantly reduced. This creates better working conditions for your staff and you save on expenses! Because you need to invest less in extraction systems.
Higher quality due to rapid air separation
Up to three times faster air separation characteristics with Berucut XC, compared to mineral oil. Thanks to the good properties of the synthetic base oil of Berucut XC, air is pumped quickly.
Increased productivity due to high viscosity index
Increase the productivity of your process with Berucut XC! Unlike conventional metalworking oils, Berucut XC has excellent viscosity temperature properties at both high and low process temperatures. In fact, Berucut XC possesses a very high flash point and low pour point. This ensures significant improvements in productivity.
Good material compatibility
Berucut XC is compatible with many different types of metal:
- Nickel alloys
- Aluminum alloys
- Stainless steels
- Chrome and cobalt alloys
- Non-ferrous metals
Berucut process oils for deep drilling and broaching
The Berucut product series is well suited for deep drilling and milling. Berucut is well able to withstand high loads thanks to its high-quality anti-wear and extreme pressure additives. Also thermally high load operations and cutting processes with high speeds are no problem for Berucut process oils. Key benefits offered by Berucut process oils:
- Excellent performance under difficult conditions
- Good rinsing ability
- High flash point
- Almost all products are free of chlorine
- Low evaporation loss
The Berucut product series is compatible with (stainless) steel. Some Berucut types are also compatible with aluminum, nickel-based material and copper.
Beruform for forming operations
Whether it’s mass forming or cold mass forming, Beruform is designed for kinds of metal forming. Beruform is very suitable for operations where no residue is allowed to remain on the parts/machine. The advantage of Beruform is that it has a high evaporation loss so Beruform evaporates quickly.
Do you use micromachining systems? Then Beruform is very suitable to use! Beruform has a low viscosity which makes it easy to spread.
