How can I place an order?

Already have an account? Then first login. You can then place products in your digital shopping basket and follow the instructions in the basket. Don’t have an account yet? Then create one first. We must first approve your account request and assign you a customer number. You will receive an email from us within 1 business day that your account has been approved. Then you can login to fens.com and place your products in your digital shopping cart. Follow the instructions in the shopping cart to complete your order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We use a minimum order value of €250 excluding VAT. Is your order value less than €250? Then see if you can supplement your order up to € 250 with other products.

Is it possible to receive a product in a small package?

We also have small packages. However, it depends on the product you want to order. Please contact us to see what the options are.

What is the delivery time of my product?

This depends on the product you ordered and in which country it has to be delivered to. The average delivery time is up to 1 week for orders with delivery address in the Netherlands. Would you like to know the exact delivery time? Please contact us.
