deconex® HPC line for cleanliness for Grade 2 level

Are you facing the challenge of achieving cleanliness Grade 2? Then get to know deconex® HPC! Specially developed for the increasing cleanliness requirements in the semiconductor, analytical, vacuum and aerospace industries. By using deconex® HPC line, you meet the highest cleanliness requirements. But you also have to deal with the reproducibility of cleanliness.

The chemistry is carefully chosen through the combination of substrates, cleaning media, system technologies for efficient cleaning and to prevent corrosion and staining. For chemical-resistant stains / discolourations, we have special cleaners.

The functionality of the HPC line has been confirmed by various tests (LED and UV inspection, RGA, XPS and particle measurement). Materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, steel, glass, elastomers, copper, nickel-plated surfaces are well tolerated with deconex® HPC.

Deconex® HT for cleaning metal parts

Need to remove oil, grease, resin and polish from various types of metal? Then discover the advantages of the deconex® HT product line. Especially for ultrasonic cleaning of parts prior to PVD/CVD coating, tools and metal (precision) parts.

Deconex® HT has good compatibility with metals such as aluminium, stainless steel, copper and bronze.

Deconex® MC for cleaning moulds and tools

Cleaning (injection moulding) moulds, geometries or parts with blind holes? deconex® MC has been specially developed for cleaning hard-to-reach areas and blind holes in aluminium or steel parts. So dismantling your injection mould for cleaning is a thing of the past!

Contaminants such as burnt-on plastic, caked-on grease and oil or dust are removed with deconex® MC. The deconex® MC precision cleaners are compatible with steel or aluminium.

Deconex® MT for semi-finished products and prosthetics in the medical industry

Remove contaminants such as oils, cooling lubricants, chips, polishing paste, fingerprints and dust? deconex® MT is the answer! The absence of corrosion inhibitors, perfumes and dyes makes deconex® MT very suitable for cleaning in the medical industry. Implants, prostheses, instruments or semi-finished products for the medical industry are successfully cleaned with deconex® MT.

Materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys, pure titanium CO-CR-MO and so on have good compatibility with deconex® MT.

Different cleaning steps:

Deconex® MT offers a separate cleaning step for each production stage. Semi-finished products require a different cleaning process than finished products.

  • Intermediate cleaning: cleaning during the processing stage
  • Fine cleaning: cleaning of semi-finished products in preparation for the final processing step
  • Final cleaning: cleaning of finished products that must meet acceptance criteria. After final cleaning, the products are disinfected, packaged and sterilised.
  • Passivation: protecting stainless steel against corrosion

Deconex® OP for the optical industry

Removing polish, fingerprints, hard coatings or particles? Then choose deconex® OP cleaning agents! Because deconex® OP also removes contaminants such as wax, markings and anti-glare coatings with ultrasonic cleaning.

The deconex® OP product line has been specially developed for the optical industry. Organic and mineral (precision optics) lenses are well tolerated with deconex® OP. The OP product line is a commonly used cleaning solution in processes such as:

  • Pre-cleaning before inspection
  • Fine cleaning before coating application
