Galden LS 215
Galden LS 215 is a fully fluorinated liquid, has a low molecular weight and is free of lead. These properties make the liquid ideal for lead-free vapor phase soldering. Despite its high temperature range, the liquid is safe to use in elevated temperatures because it is nonflammable and has no self-ignition point.
