Galden HT 270 is characterized by its extremely high boiling point of 270°C and low evaporation loss. In addition, the liquid has excellent thermal and oxidative stability. This results in low consumption costs and good controllability of the process. The liquid is suitable for cooling and/or heating processes in the electronics and semiconductor industry.
