Fomblin® Y LVAC 14/6
Fomblin® Y LVAC 14/6 is a fluorinated oil and, due to its good lubricating properties, is ideally suited as a lubricant in vacuum pumps, such as turbomolecular pumps. The oil has a low vapor pressure, good resistance to aqueous and non-aqueous solvents and a high thermic stability giving it a long service life.
